The Exodus is a huge event in the Old Testament and is seen as a kind of 'birth' of a new people through the red sea. Included here are a few pieces of work by past students that give a sense of the story. They are creative responses to the Bible text (which can be read online here).

'Exodus, God's Wonders' - an illustrated account.
'Bascudus' - a musical response using pure funk.
Matthew Reynolds used only his brain and a bass guitar to produce a fantastic bass-album that explores the moments in the exodus narrative. In all my days as a teacher, never did I think I would see something like this. Brilliant.

'Free My Candy' - an animated short film.
Carrie Liddell has excelled all previous animation pieces with this incredible short film that is based on the story of the Exodus and the 10 plagues. WARNING: this film is likely to offend if you don't like animated pixel violence. I submit it here because it is quite simply one of the best things I have seen from a student in years. Email me if you have any comments, good or bad.

Seriously - this is the best I could do...
